Payment Method

1.Cash on delivery
COD orders are delivered to your shipping address, and the shipper collects your payment at the delivery. A handling fee of 250 yen will be charged for each COD payment. Please note that COD payment option is available for orders of up to 200,000yen.

Defective Item	Within 7 days of delivery of a shipment, you may return defective items you purchased from Sundaland, for a full refund. We'll also refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. You may choose to exchange new products too.
